Shiloh's skateboard park a big hit with young enthusiasts
Sure, skateboarding after school is more fun than sitting in class. But if it wasn't for reading and writing, Shiloh kids wouldn't have a place to skate at all. A letter written last year by then fifth-grader Jordan Hladyshewsky and signed by nine of his classmates finally convinced city officials to build a skateboarding site in the village park beneath Shiloh's water tower.
